Introducing Lee De Rosa, the Founder of LDR Homes. Having grown up in a council house in Crystal Palace SE London, Lee embarked on a remarkable journey at the tender age of 16, joining the Army in 2002 to forge his own path in the world. His illustrious 10-year military career took him to diverse corners of the globe, participating in numerous impactful military operations. 

 

Following his military service, Lee spent five years in the Middle East, specializing in providing security for high-value clients in the oil and gas industry. In recent years, alongside his qualifications as a Health and Safety consultant, he is also recognised as a DJ/Producer and a Professional Property Investor.

Lee firmly believes that everyone deserves a quality and safe home. He is committed to challenging the negative perceptions often associated with landlords and aims to contribute to addressing the housing shortage by providing well-maintained properties.

 

To expand his knowledge and expertise, Lee has made substantial investments in his education. He holds a Diploma in Professional Property Investing, obtained through a two-year course with the UK's only accredited property education provider. Furthermore, he has had the privilege of being mentored by industry leaders, further refining his skills.

Being part of an extensive network of property investors, Lee actively engages with fellow professionals involved in a wide range of ventures, from Buy-to-Lets to large-scale high-rise developments. Within this community, they provide ongoing support to each other, analyzing investment opportunities to ensure their soundness. Lee's expertise has also led him to participate in property training events run by Fielding Financial, where he serves as one of their experts, assisting the main speaker and offering ongoing coaching support to students.
